Hello everybody
Have you noticed our redesigned logo? We’ve changed our strapline to “helping children to flourish”. Thank you for your prayers that are helping us to continue to work amongst so many local children, bringing the message that Jesus came so that they might have life in all its fullness – flourishing!
PLEASE GIVE THANKS FOR
• Harvest Celebrations. TJF had opportunities in several schools to lead these times and point to God providing for us all.
• Development of TJF in new ways in schools. The way forward with new initiatives in schools and with new schools is starting to become clearer. TJF looks forward to bringing good news to more children in more ways.
PLEASE PRAY FOR
• TOGETHER! Our next online joint schools Collective Worship is on 27th November. Our theme is “The Christmas Gift” where we will be exploring that when we receive the gift of Jesus, it is the best gift of all.
• Our fundraising activities this year. We need to increase the level of fundraising to supplement our income. With this in mind, I would also like to invite you to come and support TJF in our annual fundraising Christmas Quiz on Saturday 30th November, 7.30pm at Leslie Manser School.
• We would like to continue to highlight two schools per month to pray especially for. This month the schools are:
Saxilby – TJF leads monthly Collective Worship here and may be supporting their Collective Worship Council soon
St Faith’s Infants – TJF leads monthly Collective Worship here and the school has indicated that it is interested in other ways in which TJF can support their children.
